
The smallest region of Italy boasting spectacular scenery, world-class skiing and snowboarding, food of the highest quality and a history stretching back to Roman times, Aosta Valley is set to host The TOR330 – Tor des Géants® from 11 to 18 September.
Covering an entire region, running along the spectacular Alta Via n° 1 and the Alta Via n° 2 at the foot of the highest Four-Thousanders in the Alps and through the Gran Paradiso National Park and the Mont Avic Regional Park, the race is a tough test of endurance and tenacity rewarded by the splendid alpine landscapes of the Aosta Valley.
The first and only race to combine long distance with the individual style of runners, The TOR330 – Tor des Géants® organisation does not impose any compulsory stages. The winner is the runner who completes the race in the shortest time, making his/her own decisions on when and how long to stop for rest and refreshment.
Starting and finishing in Courmayeur, the race starts in two group set for 10:00 (1st group) and 12.00 (2nd group) on Sunday 11th September from Courmayeur. Runners must complete the route by 6 pm on Saturday 17th September. Other important features include:

- Elevation gain: 24000 D+
- Maximum time: 150 hours in a single stage
- Award ceremony 18 September 2022.
